  Dr Fowzia Siddiqui Brief Biography ***************** Dr Fowzia Siddiqui is Professor of Clinical Neurophysiology, Neurology She is President of Epilepsy Foundation Pakistan, and Consultant Neurologist and Epileptologist at Aga Khan University Hospital. And Neurocare Center. She has completed her MBBS from Pakistan, Residency from New York USA and Fellowship training in Epilepsy with Certification in Clinical Neurophysiology and Epilepsy from Harvard University, USA. She is a diplomat American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology She served as Director of Epilepsy Program at Sinai Hospital Johns Hopkins University USA before moving to Pakistan to serve her country. Her mission, to improve the care of people with epilepsy. She is recipient of many awards including the Platinum Shield for America’s Outstanding Professionals,, The Medical Icon award and Epilepsy Advocacy awards, Gold medals for excellence in Neurology and Humanitarian etc She has published many research papers , presided several international conference sessions and presentations on Epilepsy, Migraine and movement disorders Dr Fowzia has been serving as editorial board member for many prestigious journals, and also a reviewer for the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. She has formulated easy to follow practical and cost effective epilepsy management guidelines for physicians in third world countries like Pakistan.
